Dark Hearts (2014)

Plot involves the relationship between two brothers and a woman who has sex with both brothers separately. Sex scenes involve implied car sex, sex on floor, and outdoor sex. A brother secretly videotapes his brother having sex with her; he later inadvertently videotapes the two of them having sex. Nudity is limited to topless, both male and female.

A sadistic man beats up the woman and then attempts to rape her on the floor before he is interrupted.

There is significant female nudity in the paintings involving bare breasts.

There is a sadomasochistic relationship between a sadist and a female. The sadist also intimidates, threatens and beats up on the protagonist and his brother.

The artist begins mixing his own blood with paint on the canvas. He then progresses to using dead bodies to further his art. He pays a homeless man for his blood. Large quantities of blood are seen around and being smeared. Dead bodies are shown. The woman is seen to donate blood for his collection.
