The sleepy town of Gallatin, Texas has recently been plagued with a rash of murders over the past few months. Matt Barker, a teenager who moved there over a year ago with his mother, finds himself grappling with more than just teenage adolescence. When he suspects his English teacher, Mr. Parkes, of being responsible for the sadistic crimes after seeing him out with one of the victims, he enlists the aid of fellow classmate, Bethany Daniels, and the two then embark on a quest to bring him to justice, but time is running out. Can Matt and Bethany prove Mr. Parkes is the Gallatin Killer before victim number six?
