Idiotocratia (2008)

The State Minister of Disinfection has a secret date in a hotel, but they find a dead body in their suite--that of the private detective that his lover's suspicious husband had hired for surveillance. The Minister has no other choice but to call upon his stupid deputy for assistance. Here starts the mess.
