28 Hours Later: The Zombie Movie (2010)

One of the main characters, "The Hot Chick" wears fairly revealing clothing for the entirety of the film.

Also, two guys swap shirts.

As zombie movies go, there is a fair share of violence, including exploding bodies, gunshot wounds, stabbings, bitings, disembowelments, decapitations, and whatnot. Everything is very stylized.

The characters all swear, including several uses of "fuck," "shit," "goddamn," and several less vulgar words as well.

One character continually refers to another as "Fuckass."

The characters are seen casually drinking at a night club.

Some zombie makeup is fairly gruesome. Zombies attack and eat people. People die by bitings and a single case of disembowelment, usually while screaming. And there's a few jump scares in the film.
