Shysters (2011)

Sent to prison for impersonating experts in many critically important occupations (doctors, pilots, politicians, etc.) two lunatics get early parole when they agree to visit a court appointed psychiatrist. The movie follows their sessions with the "shrink" and flashbacks to their felonious fakery.
