Job Culture (2011)

A Satirical comedy. It's disillusioned main protagonist, Roy, is about to hand himself into the police after apparently committing several offences, but not before he makes a visit to his former teacher Mr. Butler and reminisces over the period he grew up as a child (the 1970's) which he loved, and compares it to the present, which he hates. But were things actually all that much better in the 70's than compared to the present?
