A woman, who left home when she was 20 years old, goes back to her hometown with her son for the first time in a decade so as to attend her grandmother's Buddhist memorial service. Her father and brother run a dyeing-thread atelier, and their hands are colored deep blue by the dye. Even though she comes back home, her parents keep ignoring her. She starts to regret that she tries to show them her child, but thinks again what is meant by home for her. Half of the film is fiction but shot as a documentary.
