In 1965, Rogier leaves his provincial hometown on his Puch motorbike for Amsterdam, eager to carve out his own path. There, he is drawn into the world of Provo, a radical youth movement using art, activism, and provocation to challenge authority. At its center is Leander, a charismatic but ruthless leader, and his girlfriend Catherine-an electrifying presence who instantly captivates Rogier. Torn between admiration and skepticism, quiet Rogier is seduced by the movement's rebellious energy but troubled by Leander's moral compromises. As tensions rise, and the group seeks more dangerous methods, so does his forbidden attraction to Catherine, blurring the lines between ideology and desire. Caught in a whirlwind of protests, police crackdowns, and personal betrayals, Rogier faces a choice: stay true to his ideals or lose himself in the chaos of revolution and love.
