River (2011)

Hikari is drifting through Tokyo until she meets Yuji. Hikari's boyfriend got killed in Akihabara in 2008. Yuji's parents went missing after the earthquake of 3/11. Can they both find peace? Filmed in Tokyo and the Fukushima prefecture, this small poetic masterpiece shows the search for hope and forgiveness in the face of destruction.
