Nina Hagen is Germany's most famous rock icon and a phenomenon. Her voice is incredibly expressive - between operatic arias and punk impressed them effortlessly with a vocal range of four octaves. Since the 70s she makes her direct, blunt kind of scandals and headlines. And to this day it is the only German rock singer of world renown.
