For decades the New York City Police Force has declared "war on drugs." After years of waiting Detective Morris has collected enough evidence to set up a sting operation on the biggest drug ring New York has ever seen; where the deadliest gangs and most elite police offers unite together to distribute and sell heroine to anyone willing to buy.
