Richie Evans will always be the first person who never competed at NASCAR's Cup level to be inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame. He lived by the motto "Work Hard, Party Hard", and spent time as an Outlaw, after getting suspended by NASCAR. But the Rapid Roman became the king of modified racing, winning nine championships, 28 track championships, and almost 500 races.
