WARNING: the following contain SPOILERS
There is a scene where two young teenage girls are having a sleepover, and Johnny Grimes kills them. The deaths are not shown (neither is Johnny Grimes). All you see is the screen go black and all you hear is screaming and a brief stabbing sound. Then, the screen goes normal and you see a bloody hand fall to the ground and a brief close-up of a bloody eyelid quickly opening. Very creepy and gruesome.
Two young teenage girls are walking, and one girl gets possessed by Johnny. The possessed girl has some blood on her face and hands. She briefly smears down a window leaving a small amount of blood on the window. She chases after the other girl with a knife. She stabs the girl with the knife and slightly cuts her neck, leaving bloody results. The possessed girl then stabs herself and both girls are shown dead. This scene is one of the bloodier ones.
There is some brief talk about death and killings. One is about a severed head that rots in a hole, but nothing is ever shown.
Kennedy falls out a window, but just has an injured leg. Not bloody or disturbing and is hard to see.
CeCe, Kennedy and Kassidy are putting on avocado face masks, but it is blood instead of face mask. Blood is shown in the sink and on their cheeks. Not explicit or very disturbing.
Johnny Grimes has some dried blood on his mask throughout the film.
Kennedy is violently pushed down the stairs by Johnny. But no blood is shown.
Johnny stabs Jake, leaving him with a bloody shirt. He is hurt, but can still run. He wears the bloody shirt throughout the rest of the film.
Kennedys body is shown at the bottom of the stairs. Her face and head are not shown, but Kylee tries to pull her hand, but it is shown severed, from a distance. The hand is then shown up close very briefly and there is a tiny bit of blood on the bottom, but it is not runny blood. Not too graphic and it is the fakest sequence in the whole film. Suppose to be slightly humorous.
Kassidy hurts her leg and falls. Johnny is about to stab her in the head. The screen goes black before you see anything and you hear screaming and gruesome, gory, disturbing sound effects. The screen then goes normal and you see a close up of her bloody hand in a puddle of blood. One of the most gruesome kills.
Characters scream and run throughout the film.
CeCe slips in the snow almost hitting a pole. Then, Johnny briefly stabs her through the head. Not too graphic. A very brief close up of her face and a pile of blood next to her head. Jake then runs and slips on her body, from a short, dark distance, leaving a little blood on his face and arms. Not too disturbing, but a little bit bloody.
Johnnys knife is bloody through some of the film.
Jake slams Johnny into a restroom stall and barely escapes.
Johnny raises his knife when he is ready to kill.
Some mild blood can briefly be seen on some of the characters and props.
Mandy injures her leg on the stairs.
Johnny violently chases after the characters.
Jake hits Johnny in the stomach with a long piece of wood. Later on, Kylee hits him in the leg with the same piece of wood. Johnny falls both times.
Johnny stabs himself in the stomach. No blood is shown.
Jake coughs up blood on a table, then cleans it up. Pretty bloody and disturbing.
Johnny slams Jakes face against the wall. Blood is all over Jakes face and shirt. Johnny then slits Jakes throat, and a chunk of skin can be seen coming off his neck. Bloodiest death in the film. Very bloody, disturbing, and graphic for a PG-13 rated film.
Johnny throws a knife at Kylee. It is then shown stuck in her neck. Blood is shown on her neck, then it is shown running down her mouth. Mandy then takes the knife out of Kylees neck and stabs herself. No blood is shown when she stabs herself.
