Growing up in the small town of Babylon Village, Ralph Petrina has a great group of friends and finds the girl of his dreams. But there is only one problem, she has a boyfriend, well there is a bigger problem, her boyfriend is Butch Zifchek. Butch can't stand the fact Ralph beat him in the towns annual bike race last year and is determined to win. But when the stakes of the race are risen, Butch will stop at nothing to win. There is only one way Ralph can win. He has to break FREE.
