Squatters (2012)

Frank Conway is a hard-driven and determined squatter. He sees his mother lose her first home due to a corrupt mortgage deal. Frank and his crew enjoy living above the housing & homeowner rules of the local NYC government system. after educating himself with the tenant & landlord housing laws of NYC Frank & his band of Squatter business men seek out different properties, both commercial & residential, improving on their living space but also increasing the market value of their local Brooklyn housing community as well.
