There is an International underground indoor football tournament that being held secretly every year in the world, called GROUND ZERO TOURNAMENT. BU BOSS, a widow of a powerful Mafia in Indonesia obsessed to win this year tournament, especially because this year, Indonesia is the host country. TORO, a seasoned football coach is responsible to assemble a football team that strong enough to become a contender. Because Indonesian team has a miserable reputation, they always eliminated in the early stages. Samuel, Halil, Alung, Anand, Markus, are chosen to be the members of the GARUDA MERAH (RED EAGLE) team, they will play for BU BOSS and for Indonesia. They have to able to cast out their differences and their ego, so they can give their best for the team. With different background, different ethnicity, and their personal baggage, it's not easy to make them a solid team, but TORO convinces them that their diversity actually is their biggest strength, something that maybe only possessed by the Indonesian team.
