A man has an ax driven through the back of his head, through is mouth. A little blood. He then kills a woman, some blood sprays over him.

A man has a sharp object embedded into his skull. The killer then rips off his head.

A man has an knife driven through is back and out the front of his chest. He is then chopped in half across his midsection. Lots of blood and some gore.

A man has the top of his head ripped off. Some blood and gore.

Some other people are stabbed, choked, or have their necks snapped.

Constant strong swearing, mostly the "f" word. A few uses of "cunt".

Lots of drinking, including people drinking with the intent to get drunk, people being drunk, and some vomiting from too much alcohol consumption.
