Minuit (2008)

Patrick is gravely ill. His mother, Charlotte, a mambo (voodoo priestess) must admit that she can't heal him. However, she can save his soul by transferring it to another human body so her son can live again. She decides she wants the handsome body of a successful actor at all costs.
