Silence of the Hams (1992)

The evil Fu has gained possession of a machine that can put himself in classic movies and destroy them in aid to dominate the worlds movies by only having his films available to the public. Private eye Rick Shaw and his accomplices are out to investigate and put a stop to Fu and his men.
