Good Night, Said Miss Bird (2012)

A male and a female character are seen fully nude. Breasts and the female's bottom are clearly seen; genitalia partially. Other female characters are seen partially clothed or in revealing underwear.

Adultery is a major plot point, and features repeatedly.

Many stab and slash wounds are seen, and long-dead bodies in states of decomposition. Some of the stab wounds include blades penetrating flesh.

In Spanish, which I don't speak. Actual words will depend on subtitling, but strong language does not seem to be a major element.

A character says they are under the influence of medical morphine. Another describes being barred from drinking wine or smoking. There is some smoking and drinking on screen but it is not prominent.

Injury detail strong at times, and some bodies seen in states of decomposition. A child witnesses the killing of a parent.
