Dafan (2001)

Pooja a young girl keeps getting this restless dreams about an ancestral house, murder of a girl, death of its owner Jagir Singh, etc. But when she tell about it to her fiancé, Vicky, a police officer, the later laughs it away as a wayward joke and a nightmare of Pooja. However life takes a different turn when Pooja recognizes the ancestral house and tries to decipher her dreams as intuitions. The house belonged to Jagir Singh who wanted to open an orphanage on his land, however Prema his consort wanted to grab the land and build a five star hotel in its place. Knowing the reason of Jagir Singh's death becomes a threat for Pooja and she is eliminated, but things don't end there as her spirit is at unrest and then starts the terrible game of life and death as dead bodies pile up.
