Doctor (2012)

A man and woman engage in a graphic sexual activity. Both of them undress each other and start to have sex. The man is shown thrusting on her from a distance. She keeps moaning throughout the scene. Later, she is shown getting herself thrusted upon by the man, who presses her breasts.

Strong violence includes stabbings, slashings and hittings with heavy improvised weapons. There is one scene of unintentional cannibalism. In another sequence, a woman has her neck slashed with a scalpel causing blood to pool in a large amount on the floor.
