Charcoal (1999)

With less than a week to go to the Independent Chicken Makers Association Awards, we find reigning winner, Charlie (Chris Maurici) without a recipe to enter. To add to Charlie's anxiety, a popular new fast food franchise rumoured to be opening up near his store and Charlie has become obsessed to unlocking the secret to their popularity. His close friends and co workers, Chris (Les Hill) and Kev (Brian Rooney) have enrolled him into various recreational activities to get his creative juices flowing but Charlie hasn't been showing up leaving them to wonder where his loyalty lies. After an accidental clue as to what's been going by a smitten fellow student (Tammy Cobb), the least likely of the trio might just have the key to save the day.
