About a third into the movie, a woman runs to her husband and kisses him. It's relatively quick and it cuts to the next scene where we learn she's pregnant. The following scene is her giving birth, most of her bare legs are seen with the doctors hands reaching inside her robe between her legs. The scene is brief.

2 preteen boys watch their mom from afar giggling with another man. They say something about her mom getting married to the man.

Through narration and visual depictions, a man is described to have escalated into some type of depression and alcohol addiction. He is shown holding and drinking from a bottle. Medication in little bottles and a syringe is used to treat an elderly woman's spurs of aggressions. These meds are later tampered with.
