Several types of torture were performed in this movie beside and before the deaths of female characters. Several finger nails pulled off, hand slashed with an axe, tongue cut off, head doused with very hot water, face got pepper sprayed extremely, Achilles Tendon for both legs slashed, forced torture by a friend etc. were done individually to almost all of the female characters before their deaths.

Methods of killing used in this movie are: throat slitting, slashing across neck with axe, stabbing behind the head, breaking neck, pepper spraying extremely, burning, stabbing in the stomach, head bashing with hammer, stabbing in the chest with claw hammer, strangling, slashing on the chest etc.

A woman is forced to kill her friend with a hammer in order to save herself and another woman. This scene was extremely intense and bloody. Besides, the torture scenes of other female characters before their deaths were also very intense and disturbing.
