Six year old Jai sees his parents getting killed by Khairnar on streets of Bombay.Years later he lives with his friend Raja in Dongar Basti and survive on donations received from people.Khairnar now a powerful man wants to start liquor shop in the Dongar Basti.Jai and Raja object to it but Kahairnar creates a rift between the two when Jai falls in love with a wealthy Tina.
