Yo me llamo Cumbia (2013)

Cumbia is our most famous ambassador, who has been acclaimed and admired throughout the world remains one of our most vulnerable folklore traditions by the State and by the cultural authorities, who are few interested in preserving and protect it. That is why we have put into the task of making a documentary series in which we gather, document, and most importantly share the various manifestations around this ancient rhythm. My name is Cumbia is a documentary that goes in search of the origin of Cumbia, we will try to identify the geography and history of the musical rhythm that has built a country like Colombia.
