The Quiet Neighbour (2013)

Steven is a 36 year old man, paralysed by his own social awkwardness. He lives in an apartment by himself, comfortable in his own solitude. His neighbours are a couple, Mark and Helen, who are constantly fighting and an old woman Mrs. Kingsley who keeps to herself. After attending his late fathers funeral Steven returns to his apartment finding a new tenant has moved in to the fourth apartment. Her name is April and she is as beautiful in appearance as she is in character. Steven is given a weeks leave from work during which he finds himself unwillingly drawn into the lives of his neighbours. The relationships between the characters intensify and our story ends with a shock revelation that changes our characters forever.
