25th Street Station (2014)

The 25th Street Station Project is a proposed multi-million dollar big-box development (including Wal-Mart) planned on an empty 11-acre lot owned by Anderson Automotive in Baltimore, Maryland. The announcement of this project has been met with widespread contention and controversy. This documentary short film is a study on the inner workings of an urban community and its various reactions to a new development that may result in significant economic and social consequences.
