Meet 12 members of the LIFE Institute, ranging in age from their fifties to nineties. They tell us who they were as young men and women and what they have gained and contributed through their involvement in lifelong learning. Beginning with a profile of Joan telling us about her early years as a piano prodigy and why she left this behind as she grew up and who resumes her music after fifty years away from the piano. We see these older adults, their energy and vitality revealed. Their love of learning, that they continue to enjoy on and off the Campus, is vividly displayed in the film as they walk through the life-enhancing streets and halls of Ryerson University.
