Righteous Cut (2013)

A former Chinese surgeon (specializing in organ transplants), kitchen worker and lab assistant lands himself in trouble when he becomes involved in organ trafficking with a group of gangsters and tries to help out his Russian girlfriend's father who is diagnosed with a kidney disease.
