Locked in Glass (1978)

Based on ancient Eastern folklore, it's the story of an evil sorcerer from the Maghreb that learns his fate from the stars: he is destined to die at the hands of a certain Hassan, who will get the magic bow of an ancient blacksmith, recite a spell and, releasing an arrow from his bow, kill the sorcerer. One young man, Rahim, such an attempt failed, and the Maghrebin man imprisoned the unfortunate man in a glass vessel, and turned his bride into a bird ... In the market square, a twelve-year-old magician amuses the people with his art. Before his eyes, the evil boys, having caught the blue bird, began to torment it. A little magician saves the bird. Suddenly, she announces to him that only he can defeat the evil sorcerer - it turns out that the boy's name is Hassan. A fearless boy goes in search of the Magribin. After many dangerous adventures, he finds a magic bow and destroys the sorcerer. Rahim is freed from the glass captivity, and the blue bird turns into his bride - the beautiful girl El.
