Monster Trucks (2016)

In a small town, an oil company discovers an unusual ecosystem while drilling for oil, but their boss, Tenneson, insists on continuing. Mysterious creatures emerge, wreaking havoc by stealing fuel. Tripp, a frustrated local working at a scrap yard, discovers a unique oil-feeding creature and forms a bond with it. As the oil company investigates, Tripp enlists the help of his stepfather, the Sheriff, to protect the creature, which takes refuge in a truck he's restoring.
