The Reincarnation of Jesse Belle (2013)

A retired Marshall, who has been recently been diagnosed with cancer, shares a story with old friends that has never been told to no one. He tells the story of an unsolved crime of a serial killer who's fetish was saran wrap, which was found on the victims. His buddies are amazed that he was sharing this story and the details of it. Finally, ending it as a joke saying, Gotcha. The friends are puzzled. Leaving one to wonder: Did someone get away with murder? Did this really happen?
