Little Noel Wants to Fly (2003)

Noel lives in suburban Melbourne. He does not have much going for him in life. His pet goldfish is dead. He has few friends. In his spare time, he reads poetry to the ducks who live in a creek behind his house. He collects bullets, knives, toy soldiers, teeth and stamps. He enjoys whistling and working out. Bruce Lee is his hero. Noel has one ambition in life. He wants to join the army, become a fighter pilot and fly an FA18, twin engine, black hornet fighter jet. Will he fulfil his dream? Or will it just be one of the many disappointments that have plagued his life?
