NC-17: For extremely disturbing sequences of depraved sexual and violent content, including graphic nudity.

Graphic and gross scenes of sexual perversion are almost constant in this film.

A man indulges in several disturbing sexual fetishes, including defecating, urinating, necrophilia, bestiality, anal fisting, rape, murder, nose picking, and other unspeakable acts. All of these are shown up close and on screen.

A man meets a woman in a hotel and they engage in disgusting sexual acts. She puts an enema into her anus and defecates into a bucket. She then puts the man onto the table and shoves her fist into his anus, pulling defecate out of his anus in graphic detail. The man is putting the bucket full of poop to his face during this sequence.

Dead animals are seen multiple times throughout this film, the main character plays with them and seems to have a sexual attraction to them.

We see a video of a man being raped by another man.

The main character rapes a woman in the woods while she urinates.

In the most violent sequence, the main character murders a woman. He cuts her nipples off in graphic detail. He also seems to use his scalpel to cut the dead woman's clitoris off. He then takes the scalpel and peels the skin off one of her fingers. He then eats the pieces of dismembered skin.

Little if any. There is very little dialog in this film.

The whole movie is extremely disgusting and uncomfortable to watch. There are several scenes of the main character (and another character) defecating for a sexual thrill. These scenes are 100% REAL. All of the dead animals are real as well. In fact, everything except for the murder at the end (and the rape scenes) are real. This is probably the sickest film of all time. This film is more disgusting than Angels' Melancholy.
