A woman is naked in a pool (body double for Arielle Kebbel). Side nudity and breasts are seen, as well as her butt as she dives in. Under the water her breasts are visible briefly.

A man is shot in the stomach, some blood is seen but his hand covers it.

In pilot: Among some of the other characters, one of the characters uses the f - word almost every time he speaks. A convict also uses the f-word a lot, including saying motherf*** a lot. There are a scatter of other profanity but majority is the f-word.
