Runes in the North (2014)

Runes in the North is a fantasy television series written by director Andrew Saulf. This epic and detail rich high fantasy follows the aftermath of a Scrivener in 793 AD who's addiction of magic and power sparks the death of the race of elves, a war between dragons and vikings, and the story of four modern Canadian scholars that piece together the legend.
