The film is narrated in a quasi-realistic format where the narrative switches between the real and the absurd giving the story an unbelievable yet real feel. For example there is this actor Dharmavarapu Subhramanyam who plays six different roles in different parts of the film that claims to narrate a real story. A midget, his dream girl, a handsome hunk and his love interest and a wannabe witch are the colourful characters created and their exploits narrated by a caretaker of a community. The midget Vara Prasad pines for Manju, the most beautiful girl in the community. But Manju has a certain affection for Sanjay the new boy in the neighbourhood who in turn has fallen in love with Anju, another girl who lived in the community. Anju's problem is that she was engaged to be married to a rich brat Sonu Sood. This complex web of a relationship creates funny and touching scenarios where the characters come to terms with what they want and what they can actually get out of an obstacle laden teenage life.
