Isthmus of Misfits (2013)

'Art doesn't require a gift, it requires a choice.' An exploration of the lives and minds behind the burgeoning independent comedy scene in Madison, WI. Structured in a series of 'Lessons', the interviews collide into a stream of consciousness collage all shot on a single couch. Once again stranded, the comedians still manage capture the imagination of the audience using nothing more than than their words and gestures, this time however, pulling back the curtain and revealing the artist behind the performer.
