Hellions (2015)

No sex or nudity, you only get to see a few shots of the legs of a woman while she's taking a bath.

There's a closeup of a woman's legs while she's taking a bath, nothing sexual.

The bloody carcass of a dead racoon can be seen lying on the road.

A decapitated head can be seen in a kids Halloween candy bag (not bloody).

A few of the kids get shot with a shotgun (not graphic), 2 kids get bathsalts thrown at them. Their bodies disolve (not bloody or graphic), their limbs only bubble a bit.

A woman uses a knife to cut her stomach open, she stabs the infant which is still inside of her (not extremely graphic but it's close).

Blood starts to flow from between a woman's legs, the blood fills an entire room and the woman almost drowns in it (a little exagerated but not too graphic).

A man with a pumpkin where his head should be is sitting in a chair, a police officer pokes the pumpkin and it falls off. The man in the chair appears to be headless.

It is implied that a man has his neck cut by one of the kids, the actual cutting is never seen.

A woman watches a slasher flick on tv, it shows a man who gets hacked in the neck with an axe (not graphic).

Hellions contains quite a lot of creepy and bizarre imagery, involving bloody nightmares and kids dressed up in freaky outfits. Some of these scenes could be a bit too much for younger viewers.

A woman takes a bath, and blood starts to flow from between her legs. A creature emerges from the blood filled tub.

A man hands over a baby to a woman, the woman looks at the baby and it looks like a deformed creature with tentacles which could easily come out of a Brian Yuzna movie.

Suggested MPAA: Rated R for violent/disturbing content throughout, language and for some bloody images.
