Thanatos

"Thanatos" is and independent sci fi/horror/romance full length film about a young scientist who is in deep depression after the loss of his girlfriend. Worst yet, he carries a deep guilt for never being able to tell her exactly how he feels. He ingests an experimental drug named "Thanatos" to induce a state of near death and travel to the afterlife in order to say to his departed girlfriend words he wished he would have said while she lived. While there though he has to face not just his own guilt, shame, and pain but something sinister that haunts him.
