When the album 'Jessico' celebrated 10 years off its original edition, the band Babasonicos performed a surprise gig playing all the album's songs. In December 2001 Argentina suffered a massive economic crisis that made the entire financial system collapse. This crisis impulsed disco-graphic companies to leave the country, leaving the music scene completely paralyzed. Struggling through the crisis, a rock band arises from the underground scene to become one of the most biggest band not just in the country, but also in Latin America, Spain, and USA. Without a manager or a discography contract supporting them, Babasonicos manages to grow through the crisis to create a smart new way of exploring reality. In that context 'Jessico' is born. The origin of a change.
