Hunter, a teenager who's parents divorce and finds himself moving from an impressive house in West Vancouver to a small condo on the East side. With no male role model in his life to discipline and guide him, Hunter skates, drinks, smokes, does drugs and just hangs with his friends. Until one day when he get's the chance to be with the girl, that everyone wants. Willow, a fast talking, seventeen year old, who once had a drug problem, when she became a model at fifteen, but then lost her career within a few short years, falls for young Hunter. They are wild kids, living on daydreams of things that will never happen. Frustrated and fueled on the power of drugs, things get to a boiling point, when Hunter is confronted by Skinny, the local bully. So what will happen When The Wheels Fall Off...
