Leaves of the Tree (2015)

Patrick Messina, a once powerful patent lawyer marginalized by a life threatening disease is pushed out of his firm. At a meeting with his last client he encounters a doctor from a rural Sicilian village who has discovered a medicinal "cure all" made from the leaves of a centuries old Olive tree. Patrick's journey to identify the source of the tree's healing power uncovers a secret from ancient scripture that brings the past, present and future struggle with belief and faith for all that come into contact with what may be a modern miracle.
