In 1945 the United States dropped a hybrid atomic/viral bomb on a small unknown island in the South Pacific. The result was a mutated native population of undead. Present day. A storm of epic proportions is steaming out of the South Pacific and plucks the undead inhabitants of the island Zomba into the atmosphere carrying them to Southern California. As the storm makes landfall in L.A. It begins to rain zombies. It's up to a genius green energy engineer and his team of associates to rid the city of the creatures in a never before seen fashion!
