No sex and no nudity.

A man runs and is shot in the head. A man is stabbed in the stomach. A man is beaten to death with a baseball bat. A boy is slapped in the face. A woman's neck gets cut open, leading to her death. A man is shot in the face. A woman's dead, bloody body is shown. A man stomps another man repeatedly. A man is attacked by a mob and then dragged off. An old woman dies in her sleep. A man is stabbed in the gut.

Profanities throughout, including MANY "F" bombs.

Two or three people smoke a cigarette/s, a lady asks for her cigarettes, consumption of alcohol, presences of alcohol in most scenes. There's a brief scene of a man using a "prototype vaccine" that he injects into his neck. And another brief mention of a medical testing kit but isn't shown or spoken about anymore. There are a few scenes where you see a military medical tent.
