Erudition (2015)

Reminiscent of the old Twilight Zone stories, electronic devices stop working and people around the world hear a strange noise all around. When things return to normal, theories range from a terrorist attack to a supernatural phenomenon. Meanwhile, young businessman Jess Ramirez Jr.'s company, founded by his father, is merging with a larger business. But he is not sure if his father, who is ill, would approve of the deal. So, Jess confides in his therapist, Dr. Beherit. But, what Dr. Beherit is looking for is answers.
