Broadway Lofts (2014)

In the cut-throat real estate world of Los Angeles, Jon, a young man, in the shadows of his older successful brother, uses any means possible to impress his father and prove to him that he is a capable businessman and worthy of his father's love. Faced with hard times in the real estate market, Jon must find a creative way to bring business into the company. In doing so he finds himself in bed with the wrong group of people, which may ultimately ruin his chance to prove himself to his father and family.
