SHARKTOPUS VS. PTERACUDA finds an American scientist up to no good (as usual) by creating the half-pterosaur and half-barracuda hybrid monster named the pteracuda. When the creature inevitably escapes and goes berserk, it is up to the sharktopus to stop it. But can one hybrid monster kill another hybrid monster, and even if it does, what is going to stop it from going berserk like the other one?
